Orders placed with us before 12pm will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment received.
Orders below £29.95 will be posted by Royal Mail and should allow 2-5 working days to arrive. Please note that once an item is posted we have no control over postage times and deliveries can be delayed (see note on delayed deliveries below).
Orders above £29.95 will be posted by courier DPD and should be delivered within 48 hours. An overnight service can be requested if we are contacted by email or phone.
Europe / Ireland
Orders placed with us before 12pm will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment. You should allow up 5-10 working days to have an order delivered in Europe. Orders to Europe will be delivered by DPD which can be tracked at any time.

FREE Next Day Delivery for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm.
£6.00 within 2-3 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm.
Please email us on indicating which items you wish to buy and the full delivery address, and we will email you back within 48 hours with a quote. If you wish to proceed with an international order, you will be able to pay directly by PayPal or credit card over the phone after which your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Please note that all orders made by courier require a signature upon receipt of products. If you are not home to receive and sign for the package please follow the re-delivery instructions left by your local delivery company. If you do not follow the re-delivery instructions the package will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances, you will be required to pay for re-delivery before we can re-dispatch your parcel.
General shipping information
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, address verification or order processing. Your order will only be dispatched once payment authorisation and address verification have been received.
Delivery schedules are estimated to the best of our ability, and actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations & carriers. Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of your chosen delivery option, occasionally external factors may cause unforeseen delays. Therefore, please ensure that you make your order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be responsible for this.
Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us. We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes as we require a signature upon receipt of order.
If an item is out of stock you will not be able to pre-order it for when it returns into stock.
Unfortunately, from time to time items become delayed in the post. Items shipped via the Royal Mail are not considered to be lost before 15 working days for UK deliveries and 25 working days for international deliveries. We will not send replacements or give any refund before this period has elapsed.
Please note that we are only able to ship to one address per order. If you wish to place orders for different delivery addresses, you will need to put one order on for each address required.
Items damaged in transit or faulty on delivery
If an item is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, please inform us within 7 days after an item is received and at the latest, 7 days after the item’s delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item(s) to confirm the problem before giving a refund or sending a replacement. We may also ask the manufacturer to contact you directly to solve the problem.
If you wish to return an item, you have the right to do so within 28 days after the item has been delivered. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Customers will have to return items at their own expense and we do not arrange collections.
When returning an item please follow this procedure:
- Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you will be returning the item.
- Package the item securely and return it to us including your name, address and invoice number to the return address below.

If the returned item is found to be used, damaged or the packaging (internal or external) not suitable for resale – then any refund or exchange will be refused and the items will only be returned to the customer once all shipping costs are paid.
